Delete Your Yumeship Account

This page lets Yumeship users request deletion of their Yumeship account and associated sharing or Shippers data without reinstalling the App. Yumeship is operated by Worldbuilders Inc.

How To Delete

You can delete your account directly in the App through Shippers tab > Settings > Delete Account.

You can also request deletion by emailing admin@worldbuilders.app. Include the Yumeship username, email address, or sign-in provider you used so we can locate and confirm the account.

What We Delete

Deleting your Yumeship account is intended to delete or disable the backend account used for Picshare, Moots, Shippers, comments, and other sharing features.

This includes active Picshare sharing links, saved sharing access, Shippers profile data, Shippers posts or comments you created, votes, visible F/O-space memberships, hide or block records tied to your account, and uploaded social media that we control, except where limited retention is allowed below.

What May Remain

Local ship documents stay on your device unless you delete them in the App or delete the App. Apple iCloud, CloudKit, Google, Android backup, and device backup copies are controlled by your platform settings and provider account.

We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, preserve moderation or report records, handle safety escalations, or keep required purchase or tax records. Reports may include a snapshot of reported content so we can review abuse even if the original content changes or is deleted.

We cannot delete screenshots, exports, downloaded copies, reposts, forwarded links, or copies saved outside Yumeship by other people.

Timing

After we confirm your request, we complete active-system deletion within 30 days except for the limited retained records described above. Personal data in backups is deleted or overwritten on our normal backup rotation, generally within 90 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Yumeship account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
