These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Yumeship mobile application ("Yumeship" or the "App"), operated by Worldbuilders Inc. ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Yumeship. If you are 13 to 17, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the App. If we learn that a user is under 13, we may delete their data and prevent further use.

2. What Yumeship Is

Yumeship is a private-first creative tool for making, customizing, saving, revisiting, and exporting fictional relationship artifacts, including yumeship, selfship, and OC x canon materials.

Depending on the version and platform you use, Yumeship features may include relationship templates, photo albums, outfit cards, storylines, scenarios, private message-style artifacts, private post-style artifacts, shrine boards, reminders, notifications, Picshare or Moots sharing, Shippers social feeds, Shippers profiles, F/O spaces, comments, votes, and paid customization features.

In these Terms, "F/O" means a fictional other; "F/O spaces" are Shippers spaces organized around a fictional other; "doubles" are users who share the same F/O; "Moots" means saved-access Picshare sharing; and hidden F/O preferences such as non-sharing or voidsharing are settings used to control how certain F/O spaces appear to you.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Yumeship.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, save, export, post, vote on, comment on, or share from the App. This includes character names, ship details, images, templates, messages, scenarios, outfits, albums, storylines, shrine boards, private post-style artifacts, music links, Shippers profiles, Shippers posts, Shippers comments, F/O-space details, Picshare comments, and other artifacts.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the App, such as storing, backing up, displaying, processing, moderating, and supporting your content within Yumeship.

If you enable Picshare or Moots sharing, or use Shippers, you also grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, copy, display, transmit, rank, sort, moderate, analyze, and make available the shared Picshare profile, shared images, Shippers profile, Shippers posts, F/O spaces, visible doubles memberships, usernames, votes, comments, reports, and related social metadata to signed-in users who have access, to service providers, and to moderators or support staff when needed.

We may use information from the App for internal analytics, product measurement, business reporting, safety analysis, moderation analysis, and service improvement as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you export or share an artifact outside Yumeship, you are responsible for that outside sharing. Other apps, websites, and people may save, copy, repost, or screenshot what you share.

4. App License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Yumeship for its intended creative features, subject to these Terms and any App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the App except where the law gives you a right that cannot be limited by these Terms.

5. Fan Content and Third-Party Rights

Yumeship may be used for fan-created or fictional materials. You are responsible for making sure your use of names, characters, images, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party material is lawful and allowed.

Yumeship is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party fandom, media property, character owner, publisher, studio, or rights holder unless we say otherwise.

6. Copyright Notices

If you believe content in Yumeship infringes your copyright, send a copyright notice to admin@worldbuilders.app. Include your physical or electronic signature, enough information to identify the copyrighted work, enough information to identify the allegedly infringing content and where it appears, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, forward notices to the user who posted the content, accept appropriate counter-notices, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

7. Picshare, Moots, and Shippers

Picshare and Moots sharing are optional and off by default. If you turn sharing on, Yumeship uploads a sharing-safe version of the Picshare profile you choose to share and makes it available to signed-in Yumeship users who have the share link or saved access.

Before creating a sharing account, viewing shared profiles, commenting, or turning on sharing, you may need to sign in, choose a visible Yumeship username, and confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the App's age requirement.

Shared links are intended for people you choose. A secret link is not a guarantee of confidentiality. Someone with access may forward the link, view the shared profile, comment, or save copies or screenshots outside Yumeship.

You can stop sharing, regenerate the link, remove saved access, block users, delete comments through App controls, and report comments. These controls affect access inside Yumeship going forward, but they cannot remove copies, screenshots, exports, or memories that other people already made outside the App.

Comments show the commenter's visible Yumeship username. Profile owners may see, delete, block, or report comments on their shared Picshare posts. We may review reports, hide or remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or preserve moderation records when needed.

Shippers is a signed-in social surface. Shippers may include an All feed, introduction posts, general posts, Shippers profiles, comments, votes, experimental group Chat, heart reactions, room-topic requests, F/O-specific doubles spaces, visible F/O-space memberships, hidden F/O-space preferences, reports, hides, and blocks. Content you post to Shippers, including Chat messages, is social content and may be visible to other signed-in Yumeship users according to the feature's current design and your settings.

Public Shippers is governed by our Community Guidelines. Public Shippers is safe-for-work and is for fictional characters and media fandoms only. We do not support real-person shipping, RPF, or real private people as ship subjects in public Shippers at this time.

Shippers does not automatically publish your private ship document or local ship records. If you choose to copy private ship text, screenshots, photos, or other private content into a Shippers post, comment, profile, or F/O space, that posted copy is treated as social content.

You can delete your own Shippers posts, comments, or Chat messages through available App controls, hide or block users, and report profiles, posts, comments, Chat messages, or F/O-space issues. Chat may apply automatic moderation, message-rate limits, temporary Chat cooldowns, and restrictions on links or contact information. We prioritize urgent safety reports and aim to review other user reports promptly, generally within 72 hours. We may use manual review, Google Cloud or OpenAI services for text and image moderation, automated systems, hash-matching, vendor tools, or similar safety checks to review shared or social content and account signals. We may reject uploads or messages, hide content during review, remove content, limit access, temporarily write-lock Shippers posting, suspend or ban Shippers access, preserve moderation records, report apparent illegal content to appropriate authorities, or take other action to operate and protect the service.

Access to Shippers is a limited, revocable permission. It is not an entitlement or a guaranteed part of Yumeship's local or paid features.

To the extent permitted by law, we may deny, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban a person from Shippers, with or without prior notice, when, in our reasonable discretion, the action is needed to enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines; investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or enforcement evasion; protect users, third parties, Worldbuilders Inc., or the integrity or operation of Shippers; comply with law or platform requirements; or otherwise operate Shippers safely. These examples are not exhaustive. We may act on conduct that is not specifically listed when it creates a material safety, legal, abuse, or service-integrity risk. We do not have to issue a warning or use a less severe action before imposing a suspension or permanent ban.

A Shippers restriction applies to the person, not only to a particular username or account. A restricted or banned person may not create, obtain, borrow, or use another account to access Shippers, and may not have another person access Shippers on their behalf. We may extend a restriction to current or future accounts that we reasonably believe the restricted person controls or is using for evasion.

A Shippers restriction does not by itself revoke validated access to private local features or Yumeshipper Pro. Severe abuse may lead to separate action against the broader sharing account or App access under Section 14. Account deletion, privacy requests, and the available moderation-review path remain accessible while Shippers access is restricted.

Deleting your Yumeship sharing account is intended to stop active shared Picshare links and delete or disable the backend account used for Yumeship sharing and Shippers. You can delete your account and associated sharing or Shippers data directly in the App through Shippers tab > Settings > Delete Account. You can also request deletion without reinstalling the App at https://yumeship.app/delete.html, or by emailing admin@worldbuilders.app. Local ship documents stay on your device unless you separately delete them or delete the App. Some records may remain where needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or keep required purchase or tax records.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yumeship to create, store, export, or share content that:

You also agree not to bypass sharing controls, access a profile after you have been blocked or removed, evade a Shippers restriction or ban, create or use another account for evasion, help another person evade an enforcement action, scrape shared profiles, automate comments or reports, or use another user's shared content outside Yumeship without permission.

9. Notifications

Yumeship may let you schedule private notifications, reminders, or F/O-style notes. You are responsible for the notification text you create or approve. Do not use notification features to harass, threaten, manipulate, or encourage harm to yourself or others. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

10. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription.

Yumeshipper Pro may be offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Yumeshipper Pro unlocks the Pro features made available for that purchase at the time of purchase, plus any additional features we choose to include. It does not guarantee access to every future feature, content pack, or paid add-on.

We may add, change, rename, or remove features over time as the App evolves. This is not meant to let us arbitrarily take away the core Pro access associated with your purchase. Future optional features, content packs, storage, sharing, or other paid add-ons may require a separate plan, credits, subscription, or purchase unless we explicitly say otherwise.

One-time purchases do not expire unless they are refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalidated under Apple, Google, App Store, Google Play, or payment-provider rules.

If you previously started a Yumeship subscription or trial, that subscription is managed through your Apple/App Store account or Google Play account. You can cancel or manage it through Apple's or Google's subscription settings. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

You can use Restore Purchases or the platform's purchase restore flow in the App to restore eligible purchases tied to your Apple or Google account. Access may depend on successful purchase validation through the App Store, Google Play, and our purchase provider.

If the App uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement, Google's standard platform terms, or similar app-store terms, those terms also apply to your use of the App.

11. Third-Party Services

Yumeship may rely on third-party services for app stores, sign-in, payment validation, analytics, diagnostics, backup, hosting, image storage, sharing, and support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Opening a pasted music link, saving an export to another app, sharing through your device share sheet, or using a third-party platform is governed by that third party's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, links, app stores, fandom properties, media platforms, or device providers that we do not control.

12. Privacy

Your use of Yumeship is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

13. App Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App over time. Some features may be experimental, limited, renamed, or changed before full release.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create safety risks, or use the App unlawfully.

For account, Picshare, Moots, Shippers, F/O-space, or comment features, we may also remove content, limit features, disable sharing, remove access, preserve moderation records, or suspend an account if needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, or operate the service safely. The Shippers-specific access and banning terms in Section 7 apply even when we do not terminate access to the rest of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time.

15. Disclaimers

Yumeship is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available forever.

Yumeship is a creative tool. We do not guarantee any emotional, social, creative, therapeutic, or relationship outcome from using the App.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldbuilders Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, purchase or subscription issues handled by Apple or Google, or interruption of service.

17. Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Worldbuilders Inc. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Yumeship, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects Shippers access, enforcement, paid access, or how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice and require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected online features.
