Shippers Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Version: shippers-community-v2

Shippers is an inclusive 13+ community for yumeshippers. It is for meeting other yumeshippers, talking about fictional characters and media fandoms, and finding people with compatible boundaries.

These rules apply to public Shippers. Private local ship content in Yumeship is separate unless it is shared publicly, reported through support, or otherwise violates law or platform rules.

Public Shippers Scope

Public Shippers is safe-for-work and is for fictional characters and media fandoms only.

Public Shippers does not allow:

Because real-person shipping raises consent, privacy, and harassment concerns, we do not support RPF or real-person ship subjects in public Shippers at this time.

Illegal content may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

These rules also apply to Chat messages and replies, room-topic requests, reactions, profiles, usernames, avatars, bios, fandom tags, F/O spaces, comments, and any other public Shippers surface.

Respect Other Users

We do not allow:

If you do not want to see or interact with someone, use report, block, or DNI instead of escalating publicly.

Private information includes things like legal names, addresses, schools, workplaces, phone numbers, emails, private social accounts, private photos, and locations that someone has not chosen to share publicly in Shippers.

Self-Harm And Crisis Content

We do not allow content that encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other immediate harm.

If someone seems to be in immediate danger, report the content and contact emergency services or a trusted adult. Shippers cannot provide crisis support.

Fandom, F/O, And Doubles Boundaries

Yumeshippers can have strong boundaries. Shippers should handle those boundaries through product controls, not public fights.

Use fandom tags, F/O spaces, block, DNI, and report controls.

Do not use Shippers to:

Access And Enforcement

Shippers is an optional social feature. Access is a limited, revocable permission, not an entitlement or a guaranteed paid benefit.

To the extent permitted by law, Worldbuilders Inc. may deny, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban a person from Shippers, with or without prior warning, when, in our reasonable discretion, the action is needed to enforce these rules or the Terms of Use; investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or enforcement evasion; protect users, third parties, or the integrity or operation of Shippers; comply with law or platform requirements; or otherwise operate Shippers safely.

That list is not exhaustive. Conduct that is not precisely described in these rules may still lead to action if it creates a material safety, legal, abuse, or service-integrity risk. We do not have to issue a warning or use a less severe action first. A single severe incident or a pattern of conduct may result in a permanent Shippers ban.

A restriction applies to the person, not only to a particular username or account. A restricted or banned person may not create, obtain, borrow, or use another account to access Shippers, and may not have another person access Shippers on their behalf. We may extend a restriction to current or future accounts that we reasonably believe the restricted person controls or is using for evasion.

A Shippers restriction does not by itself remove private local ship content or validated Yumeshipper Pro access. Severe abuse may lead to broader sharing-account or App action under the Terms of Use.

Reporting And Review

You can report posts, comments, Chat messages, profiles, users, and F/O spaces.

Reported content may be hidden while it is reviewed. Hidden content is not shown in public feeds during review.

Reports are not public. Reported users do not see who reported them.

Do not use reports to harass someone or pressure a moderation decision. False or abusive reports may lead to action against the reporter.

Reports can lead to:

Reports alone do not automatically ban a user. Permanent ban decisions are reviewed manually.

We may consider off-platform context only when it is needed to understand a Shippers report involving threats, private information, harassment, evasion, or user safety.

Blocks And DNI

Block and DNI are there to make boundaries easier to enforce.

When you block or DNI someone, Shippers may hide their content from you, hide your content from them where feasible, and stop future interactions such as follows, comments, votes, and notifications.

In Chat, Block and DNI mutually hide both users' messages, replies, and reactions from each other.

Block/DNI is silent. The other user is not told who blocked or DNI'd them.

Appeals And Support

If your content or Shippers access was limited and you think it was a mistake, contact support through the official support path in the app.

An appeal does not guarantee that content will be restored or access reinstated. We may close repeated appeals that do not provide new relevant information.

Do not use public posts, comments, or other users to appeal moderation decisions.

Changes To These Rules

These Community Guidelines may change as Shippers changes.

If the rules change materially, you may need to accept the updated Community Guidelines before using public Shippers again.
